How comfortable are you with visualisation?

Some of my clients feel comfortable with the concept of practicing visualisation and others feel a bit icky. Like many exercises, the more we practice it, the easier it becomes.

In this week’s video, I share the value of visualisation and how it can move us from the more logical way of thinking to a more flexible creative way of thinking. I also share an exercise from @Dr Tara Swart's book ‘The Source’ which is a goodie and one that I often suggest to my clients when thinking about different scenarios and experiences.
