Delegation

How many of you find it hard to delegate?

When thinking about some of the work that you do, you may think to yourself, if I do it,  the job will get done faster and more efficiently and in the way that I would like it.  

You are good at the work you do, you feel valued BUT some of it is not challenging, you may even find it boring and it’s not enhancing your learning and leadership development.
